Message dated February 9 was read stating the Speaker respectfully

HOUSE BILL NO. 106 "An Act allowing appropriations to the civil                                                                 
legal services fund from court filing fees."                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
President Kelly requested the Secretary return the bill to the House.                                                           
There being no objection, the bill was returned.
